The Dashboard is only visible to members with enhanced permissions. 


Members: Displays all members within your oversight. Send direct messages, search by name/email/phone number/ID#. Update Personal Info, check out Feeds, review recent Activity, and grant Permissions (district-dependent)

Classes: Displays all classes within your oversight. Search for and edit class details.

Groups: Search for or create Public (any person can follow), Private (members added by Admin), and Lists (Dynamic, Community, or CSV).

 

Announcements: Search for and view announcement details from all members within your oversight. Access delivery and view rates by exporting a detailed report or clicking the Delivery Stats button (Data View or List View available).


Auto-Alerts:

  • Attendance, Grades, or Nutrition (district dependent) - Select a date range (7 days at a time), day, or click “Export Yesterday” to download a CSV file that includes attendance delivery specifics.


Direct Messages:  Search for and view specific direct message conversations between members within your oversight.


SIS Integration - available to some District Admins, these data validation reports indicate any discrepancies within Signal Kit and the SIS. Some districts can also request a data sync. Search "SIS Integration" within the articles for more details.


Social Media - District Admins can add Twitter posting permissions to select Admins within the district. Twitter content can be customized and posted to the Twitter URL as determined by the District Admin.
