1. Navigate to the Dashboard section
  2. By default you will be in the member directory
  3. Search for the member you’re looking for by typing part or all of the person’s first or last name, searching by email address, ID #, or by phone number (no dashes or parentheses)
  4. Click the Info button on the member record you want to view
    • Personal Info tab = edit/view personal information (editing capability is district-dependent)
    • Activity = announcements or direct messages to/from the member
    • Permissions = ability to promote memberships or customize access within the app

Note: Member information is populated from your SIS. Editing or deleting member information will not edit, remove or deactivate the member in the SIS.
